Article D2512-17 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The payment of the State contribution provided for in article L. 2512-19 for the financing of the expenses of the Paris fire brigade intervenes under the conditions set out below:

As regards operating expenses, the State shall pay each year, in respect of the current financial year, instalments each corresponding to 30% of its forecast contribution as it results from the amount of revenue entered for this purpose in the operating section of the special budget of the police prefecture. These instalments must be paid no later than 15 February, 15 May and 15 August. The balance of the contribution due for the financial year in question is paid in the light of the result of the administrative account.

Le versement de la contribution de l’Etat prévue à l’article L. 2512-19 pour le financement des dépenses de la brigade de sapeurs-pompiers de Paris intervient dans les conditions fixées ci-après :

En ce qui concerne les dépenses de fonctionnement, l’Etat s’acquitte chaque année, au titre de l’exercice en cours, du versement d’acomptes correspondant chacun à 30 % de sa contribution prévisionnelle telle qu’elle résulte du montant de la recette inscrite à ce titre à la section de fonctionnement du budget spécial de la préfecture de police. Ces acomptes doivent être payés au plus tard les 15 février, 15 mai et 15 août. Le solde de la contribution due au titre de l’exercice considéré est acquitté au vu du résultat du compte administratif.
