Article D2512-21 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Within the limits of its competence, the consultative commission receives communication, when they are transmitted to the Paris council, of documents of a budgetary nature relating to the Paris fire brigade, prior to the vote of the part of the special budget by this assembly, for the investment and operating sections.

The commission also receives communication of documents of a budgetary nature relating to the execution of the investment part of the special budget devoted to the budget of the Paris fire brigade.

The commission receives notification of the Paris fire brigade’s property investment programme, in particular documents relating to the construction and renovation of rescue centres.

The consultative commission may issue any wishes and opinions relating to the management of the Paris fire brigade.

Dans la limite de sa compétence, la commission consultative reçoit communication, lors de leur transmission au conseil de Paris, des documents à caractère budgétaire relatifs à la brigade de sapeurs-pompiers de Paris, préalables au vote de la partie du budget spécial par cette assemblée, pour les sections d’investissement et de fonctionnement.

La commission reçoit, également, communication des documents à caractère budgétaire relatifs à l’exécution de la partie investissement du budget spécial consacré au budget de la brigade de sapeurs-pompiers de Paris.

La commission reçoit communication du programme d’investissement immobilier de la brigade de sapeurs-pompiers de Paris, en particulier des documents relatifs aux constructions et rénovations des centres de secours.

La commission consultative peut émettre tous vœux et avis se rapportant à la gestion de la brigade de sapeurs-pompiers de Paris.
