Article D311-2 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Automatic financial aid from the Centre National du Cinéma et de l’Image Animée is awarded automatically to persons who meet the conditions for receiving it.
It gives rise to:
1° Either the calculation and entry of sums in a nominative account opened in the institution’s books, with a view to their investment by the person holding the account;
2° Or the payment of direct allowances.

Les aides financières automatiques du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée sont attribuées de droit aux personnes qui remplissent les conditions pour les recevoir.
Elles donnent lieu :
1° Soit au calcul et à l’inscription de sommes sur un compte nominatif ouvert dans les écritures de l’établissement, en vue de leur investissement par la personne titulaire de ce compte ;
2° Soit au versement d’allocations directes.
