The scheme provided for in this sub-section applies to quarries annexed to the undertakings mentioned in the first paragraph of Article D. 3141-12 as well as to workshops, worksites and other establishments working exclusively for the operation and maintenance of these undertakings, whether or not they are annexed to them.
Le régime prévu par la présente sous-section s’applique aux carrières annexées aux entreprises mentionnées au premier alinéa de l’article D. 3141-12 ainsi qu’aux ateliers, chantiers et autres établissements travaillant exclusivement pour le fonctionnement et l’entretien de ces entreprises, qu’ils soient ou non annexés à celles-ci.
