Article D3141-29 of the French Labour Code

The employer’s contribution is determined by a percentage of the amount of wages paid to declared employees.
This percentage is set by the board of directors of the paid leave fund.
The fund’s internal regulations specify the dates and methods of payment of contributions, the supporting documents required and the checks to which members are subject.

La cotisation de l’employeur est déterminée par un pourcentage du montant des salaires payés aux salariés déclarés.
Ce pourcentage est fixé par le conseil d’administration de la caisse de congés payés.
Le règlement intérieur de celle-ci précise les dates et les modes de versement des cotisations, les justifications qui accompagnent ce versement et les vérifications auxquelles se soumettent les adhérents.
