Article D32-25 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

If the person evades the obligations of house arrest with electronic surveillance while being brought before the trial court, the public prosecutor may refer the matter to the liberty and custody judge for the latter to issue an arrest warrant or a warrant to bring the person to trial. This magistrate is also competent to order, in accordance with the provisions of article 135-2, that the person concerned be remanded in custody.

Si la personne se soustrait aux obligations de l’assignation à résidence avec surveillance électronique alors qu’elle est renvoyée devant la juridiction de jugement, le procureur de la République peut saisir le juge des libertés et de la détention pour que celui-ci décerne le mandat d’arrêt ou d’amener à son encontre. Ce magistrat est également compétent pour ordonner, conformément aux dispositions de l’article 135-2, le placement en détention provisoire de l’intéressé.
