Article D325-17 of the French Tourism Code

Some of the communal facilities used for family sports and leisure activities may not belong to the family holiday home. When they belong to a local authority or third party, a multi-year agreement must be signed between the holiday family home and the local authority or third party concerned.

Les installations communes destinées aux activités sportives et de loisirs des familles peuvent, pour certaines d’entre elles, ne pas appartenir à la maison familiale de vacances. Quand elles appartiennent à une collectivité locale ou à des tiers, une convention pluriannuelle de mise à disposition doit être signée entre la maison familiale de vacances et la collectivité locale ou le tiers concerné.
