Within one month of receiving a complete application for classification, the body referred to in Article L. 141-2 will take the classification decision in the category for which the assessing body referred to in Article D. 333-5-1 has issued a favourable opinion. The classification decision specifies the number of pitches operated.
Classification is granted for a period of five years.
If, before the end of the five-year period provided for in the previous paragraph, the operator has carried out the formalities required for his establishment to be inspected by an assessment body in accordance with article D. 333-5-2, his classification will be maintained on a temporary basis until notification of the decision relating to this classification. If the inspection is not carried out, the assessing body will immediately inform the body mentioned in article L. 141-2, which will notify the operator by any means that the classification is no longer valid.
In the event of an increase of more than 10% in the number of pitches indicated in the classification decision, the operator, if he wishes to retain a classification, must make a new application in accordance with article D. 332-2.
