Article D4021-4-2 of the French Public Health Code

For professions with an Order, a representative of that Order may, by right, attend meetings of the Board of Directors of the National Professional Council or the federative structure in an advisory capacity.

For professions or specialities with a section or sub-section(s) of the National Universities Council governed by decree no. 92-70 of 16 January 1992, a representative of the section or sub-section(s) corresponding to the speciality may, in an advisory capacity, attend meetings of the Administrative Board of the corresponding National Professional Council.

Pour les professions disposant d’un Ordre, un représentant de cet Ordre peut, de droit, participer à titre consultatif, aux réunions du conseil d’administration du Conseil national professionnel ou de la structure fédérative.

Pour les professions ou spécialités disposant d’une section, d’une ou de sous-sections du Conseil national des universités régi par le décret n° 92-70 du 16 janvier 1992 , un représentant de la section, de la ou des sous-sections correspondant à la spécialité peut, de droit, participer, à titre consultatif, aux réunions du conseil d’administration du Conseil national professionnel correspondant.
