Article D4124-2 of the French Public Health Code

Subject to the provisions of articles L. 4124-12 to L. 4124-14, the territorial jurisdictions of the regional councils of the ordre des médecins and the ordre des chirurgiens-dentistes correspond to the boundaries of the administrative regions and collectivities.

The territorial jurisdictions of the inter-regional councils of the order of midwives are those of the sectors mentioned in article L. 4152-1.

Sous réserve des dispositions des articles L. 4124-12 à L. 4124-14, les ressorts territoriaux des conseils régionaux de l’ordre des médecins et de l’ordre des chirurgiens-dentistes correspondent aux délimitations des régions et collectivité administratives.

Les ressorts territoriaux des conseils interrégionaux de l’ordre des sages-femmes sont ceux des secteurs mentionnés à l’article L. 4152-1.
