For the application of the provisions of this chapter, the employer shall, at the request of the Labour Inspectorate, provide proof of the date of birth of each worker under the age of eighteen whom he employs.

Pour l’application des dispositions du présent chapitre, l’employeur justifie, à la demande de l’inspection du travail, de la date de naissance de chaque travailleur âgé de moins de dix-huit ans qu’il emploie.
