Article D4153-14 of the French Labour Code

The Labour Inspector’s decision to expel a young worker aged fifteen or over from the establishment, in application of article L. 4153-4, is taken on the recommendation of the Labour Inspector or a doctor appointed by the Labour Inspector and, if the parents so request, after an examination of both parties.

La décision de l’inspecteur du travail de renvoyer de l’établissement un jeune travailleur de quinze ans et plus, en application de l’article L. 4153-4, est prise sur avis conforme du médecin inspecteur du travail ou d’un médecin désigné par le médecin inspecteur du travail et, si les parents le demandent, après examen contradictoire.
