Il est interdit aux jeunes d’accéder sans surveillance, à tout local ou emplacement d’un établissement ou chantier présentant un risque de contact avec des pièces nues sous tension, sauf s’il s’agit d’installations à très basse tension de sécurité (TBTS).

Il est interdit de faire exécuter par des jeunes des opérations sous tension.
