I.-It is forbidden for young people to carry out work involving handling, monitoring, checking and intervention on pressure vessels subject to in-service monitoring pursuant to article L. 557-28 of the Environment Code.

II -The prohibition mentioned in I may be waived under the conditions and in the forms set out in section 3 of this chapter.

I.-Il est interdit aux jeunes de procéder à des travaux impliquant les opérations de manipulation, de surveillance, de contrôle et d’intervention sur des appareils à pression soumis à suivi en service en application de l’article L. 557-28 du code de la l’environnement.

II.-Il peut être dérogé à l’interdiction mentionnée au I dans les conditions et formes prévues à la section 3 du présent chapitre.
