The company or group agreement referred to in article L. 4162-1 or, failing that, the action plan referred to in article L. 4162-2, is based on a prior diagnosis of exposure to the occupational risk factors referred to in article L. 4161-1 and sets out the resulting prevention measures which apply to all employees exposed to one or more of these factors, as well as the procedures for monitoring their effective implementation.
Each theme selected in the agreement or action plan is accompanied by quantified objectives, the achievement of which is measured by means of indicators. These indicators are communicated at least annually to the members of the Social and Economic Committee.
