The company or group agreement referred to in Article L. 4162-1 or, failing that, the action plan referred to in Article L. 4162-2, or the extended branch agreement referred to in II of Article L. 4162-1 deals with:
1° At least two of the following themes:
a) Reducing multiple exposures to the factors mentioned in article D. 4161-1 ;
b) Adapting and adapting the workstation;
c) Reducing exposure to the occupational risk factors mentioned in article D. 4161-1;
2° In addition, at least two of the following themes:
a) Improving working conditions, particularly at organisational level;
b) Developing skills and qualifications;
c) Planning the end of careers;
d) Keeping employees exposed to the factors mentioned in article D. 4161-1 in employment.
For the themes mentioned in 2°, the agreement or action plan specifies the measures enabling holders of a professional prevention account to allocate the points registered in it to the uses provided for in 1° and 2° of I of article L. 4163-7.
