Article D4221-23 of the French Public Health Code

On the basis of the information communicated to it by the competent councils, the national council sends the Minister for Health and the body designated for this purpose by order a weekly update of the information resulting from registration on the register and the operations provided for in the first three paragraphs of article D. 4221-21.

In the case of the pharmacists referred to in article L. 4222-7, the corresponding information is sent by the body or authority to which they report.

Article D4221-23

A partir des informations qui lui sont communiquées par les conseils compétents, le conseil national transmet au ministre chargé de la santé ainsi qu’à l’organisme désigné à cet effet par arrêté une mise à jour hebdomadaire des éléments issus de l’inscription au tableau et des opérations prévues aux trois premiers alinéas de l’article D. 4221-21.

Pour les pharmaciens mentionnés à l’article L. 4222-7, la transmission des éléments correspondants est assurée par l’organisme ou l’autorité dont ils relèvent.
