Article D4233-20 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of article L. 4232-4, the regions with the highest number of pharmacists are designated by the national council, after obtaining the opinion of the board of the central council of section A, in accordance with the procedures set out in the electoral regulations.

At least three working days after being elected, the members of the corresponding regional councils meet, convened by their outgoing president, to elect the dispensing pharmacists intended to provide their region with additional representation on the central council of section A.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 4232-4, les régions qui comportent le plus grand nombre de pharmaciens titulaires d’officine sont désignées par le conseil national, après avis du bureau du conseil central de la section A, selon les modalités prévues par le règlement électoral.

Trois jours ouvrés au moins après avoir été élus, les membres des conseils régionaux correspondants se réunissent, sur convocation de leur président sortant, pour élire les pharmaciens titulaires d’officine destinés à assurer à leur région un supplément de représentation au sein du conseil central de la section A.
