Article D4233-26 of the French Public Health Code

The election takes place at a meeting of the Central Council, by secret ballot. Elected full members and appointed members present and voting take part.

In the first and second rounds, an absolute majority of the voting members of the Board is required. In the third ballot, a relative majority is sufficient.

L’élection a lieu en séance du conseil central, à bulletin secret. Y prennent part les membres élus titulaires et les membres nommés, présents ayant voix délibérative.

Au premier et au second tour, la majorité absolue des membres composant le conseil et ayant voix délibérative est requise. Au troisième tour, la majorité relative suffit.
