Article D4233-27 of the French Public Health Code

Notwithstanding the provisions of articles D. 4233-24 to D. 4233-26, the tandem representing section E on the council is elected by post or electronically by all the full members of the overseas pharmacists’ delegations, in accordance with the procedures set out in this chapter. Candidates must send or hand in their nomination papers to the President of the Central Council of Section E no later than the date mentioned in article D. 4233-7, after the election of the Bureau of this Council.

The Chairman of the Central Council of Section E shall send the electors the documents provided for in article D. 4233-13 at least eight days before the date of the election.

Par dérogation aux dispositions des articles D. 4233-24 à D. 4233-26, le tandem représentant la section E au conseil est élu par correspondance ou par voie électronique par l’ensemble des membres titulaires des délégations des pharmaciens d’outre-mer, selon les modalités prévues au présent chapitre. Les candidats adressent ou remettent leur déclaration de candidature au président du conseil central de la section E au plus tard à la date mentionnée à l’article D. 4233-7, après l’élection du bureau de ce conseil.

Le président du conseil central de la section E fait parvenir aux électeurs les documents prévus à l’article D. 4233-13, huit jours au moins avant la date de l’élection.
