Article D4244-1 of the French Public Health Code

The authorisation referred to in Article L. 4244-2 is issued for a period of five years by the President of the Regional Council, after obtaining the opinion of the Director General of the Regional Health Agency, to training centres for hospital pharmacy assistants whose project meets the following conditions:

1° Qualification of the director of the training centre;

2° Suitability, in terms of number and quality, of the teaching staff for the training provided;

3° Existence of a teaching plan drawn up in accordance with the requirements relating to the conditions of access to the training concerned, the content of the teaching programme, the teaching methods and the assessment of the knowledge of students or pupils during their studies;

4° Organisation to ensure a good balance between theoretical teaching and practical placements;

5° Suitability of the premises and technical and teaching equipment for the number of students or pupils enrolled;

6° Suitability of the total capacity envisaged for the centre for the training needs assessed by the region.

The application for authorisation is drawn up by the legal representative of the training centre and sent to the President of the Regional Council of the region in which the centre is located, with a copy to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.

An order by the Minister for Health shall determine the composition of the application for authorisation and shall specify the conditions laid down in this article.

Article D4244-1

L’autorisation mentionnée à l’article L. 4244-2 est délivrée pour une durée de cinq ans par le président du conseil régional, après avis du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé, aux centres de formation des préparateurs en pharmacie hospitalière dont le projet répond aux conditions suivantes :

1° Qualification du directeur du centre de formation ;

2° Adéquation, en nombre et qualité, de l’équipe pédagogique à la formation dispensée ;

3° Existence d’un projet pédagogique établi conformément aux prescriptions relatives aux conditions d’accès à la formation concernée, au contenu du programme d’enseignement, aux modalités de l’enseignement et de l’évaluation des connaissances des étudiants ou élèves au cours de la scolarité ;

4° Organisation assurant une bonne articulation entre les enseignements théoriques et les stages pratiques ;

5° Adaptation des locaux, des matériels techniques et pédagogiques au nombre d’étudiants ou d’élèves accueillis ;

6° Adaptation de la capacité totale d’accueil envisagée pour le centre aux besoins de formation appréciés par la région.

Le dossier de demande d’autorisation est établi par le représentant légal du centre de formation et transmis au président du conseil régional de la région d’implantation du centre, avec copie au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé.

Un arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé fixe la composition du dossier de demande d’autorisation et précise les conditions prévues au présent article.
