Article D4244-2 of the French Public Health Code

The authorisation provided for in article L. 4244-2 may be withdrawn, after formal notice and by reasoned decision, if the conditions set out in article D. 4244-1 are no longer met and in the event of incapacity or serious misconduct on the part of the training centre’s managers.

L’autorisation prévue à l’article L. 4244-2 peut être retirée, après mise en demeure et par décision motivée, lorsque les conditions fixées à l’article D. 4244-1 ne sont plus remplies et en cas d’incapacité ou de faute grave des dirigeants du centre de formation.
