The application for approval of the director is submitted to the President of the Regional Council by the legal representative of the training centre, with a copy to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.
Approval may be withdrawn, after formal notice and by reasoned decision, if the conditions laid down in article D. 4244-3 are no longer met.
La demande d’agrément du directeur est déposée auprès du président du conseil régional par le représentant légal du centre de formation avec copie au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé.
L’agrément peut être retiré, après mise en demeure et par décision motivée, lorsque les conditions fixées à l’article D. 4244-3 ne sont plus remplies.
