Article D425-3 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Autorité des marchés financiers shall notify the European Securities and Markets Authority of any authorisation granted to an investment services provider other than a portfolio management company to provide the investment service referred to in Article 9 of L. 321-1 and of any authorisation granted to a market undertaking to operate an organised trading system.

L’Autorité des marchés financiers notifie à l’Autorité européenne des marchés financiers tout agrément délivré à un prestataire de services d’investissement autre qu’une société de gestion de portefeuille pour fournir le service d’investissement mentionné au 9 de l’article L. 321-1 et toute autorisation délivrée à une entreprise de marché pour gérer un système organisé de négociation.
