Article D4333-4 of the French Public Health Code

On the basis of the processing implemented as part of the procedures for authorising the practice, management or monitoring of the activity of occupational therapists and psychomotricians, the competent departments of the State and the public establishments of the State placed under the supervision of the Minister responsible for health transmit to the body managing the register mentioned in article D. 4113-118 a weekly update of data to supplement that mentioned in the first paragraph of article D. 4333-3, particularly with regard to the identification, statutory positions, rights, methods and places of practice of these professionals.

Article D4333-4

A partir des traitements mis en œuvre dans le cadre des procédures d’autorisation d’exercice, de gestion ou de suivi de l’activité des ergothérapeutes et des psychomotriciens, les services compétents de l’Etat et des établissements publics de l’Etat placés sous la tutelle du ministre chargé de la santé transmettent à l’organisme gestionnaire du répertoire mentionné à l’article D. 4113-118 une mise à jour hebdomadaire des données propres à compléter celles mentionnées au premier alinéa de l’article D. 4333-3, notamment en ce qui concerne l’identification, les positions statutaires, les droits, les modes et les lieux d’exercice de ces professionnels.
