The professionals referred to in Article D. 4364-1 may only carry out their activity in premises reserved for this purpose and comprising at least one area meeting the accessibility requirements for disabled people in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 164-1 of the Construction and Housing Code and the regulations governing 5th category establishments open to the public. This area is reserved for the personalised reception of patients, and in particular for fitting, and is soundproofed and visually insulated to ensure patient confidentiality.
The premises include all the equipment required for fitting and monitoring the equipment, as defined by order of the Minister for Health. In the event of practice in several premises, each premises must meet the aforementioned conditions.
