For budgets voted by type, the budget article corresponds to the most detailed subdivision of the nomenclature defined by the decree provided for in Article L. 4425-7, supplemented, for operations, by the operation number.

The chapters entitled “Unforeseen expenditure”, “Transfer from the operating section”, “Transfer to the investment section” and “Proceeds from the disposal of fixed assets” do not include an article.

Pour les budgets votés par nature, l’article budgétaire correspond à la subdivision la plus détaillée de la nomenclature définie par l’arrêté prévu à l’article L. 4425-7, complété, pour les opérations, du numéro d’opération.

Les chapitres intitulés “ Dépenses imprévues ”, “ Virement de la section de fonctionnement ”, “ Virement à la section d’investissement ” et “ Produits des cessions d’immobilisations ” ne comportent pas d’article.
