If justified in the interests of the proper administration of justice, the president of the judicial court may decide that a hearing of the correctional court that is held in public pursuant to Article 400 will be broadcast live in several courtrooms of the court.
In the case of a hearing of a criminal court with specialised jurisdiction that extends to the jurisdictions of other judicial courts, he may decide that this hearing will be broadcast live in one or more courtrooms of the judicial court within whose jurisdiction the acts were committed, with the agreement of the president of that court.
The decision to broadcast the hearing shall be brought to the attention of the parties. It shall constitute a measure of judicial administration that may not be appealed.
For the application of the provisions of this article, the courtroom of the court in which the retransmission takes place may be located outside the usual premises of that court, in any place in the town where that court has its seat.
