The deferred committal order entails obligations for the convicted person who is not detained for another reason:
1° To respond to the summons to appear within a period that may not exceed one month before the public prosecutor, if such a summons has been issued to him, at the end of the hearing when he was present or at a later date if he was not present ;
2° To report to the prison designated by the Public Prosecutor to be incarcerated on the date and at the time set by the Public Prosecutor, and of which he was informed either after the hearing or when he appeared before the Public Prosecutor.
The deferred committal order is the subject of an enforcement order issued by the public prosecutor in accordance with article D. 48-2-4.
