The occupational health and prevention service is organised in the form of:

1° Either an autonomous service, which may be a group service within the meaning of article L. 2331-1, a company service, an inter-establishment service, an establishment service or a service common to companies constituting an economic and social unit;

2° Or an inter-company occupational health and prevention service.

Le service de prévention et de santé au travail est organisé sous la forme :

1° Soit d’un service autonome, qui peut être un service de groupe au sens de l’article L. 2331-1, d’entreprise, inter-établissements, d’établissement ou commun aux entreprises constituant une unité économique et sociale ;

2° Soit d’un service de prévention et de santé au travail interentreprises.
