Article D4622-11 of the French Labour Code

For the supervision of the inter-establishment occupational health and prevention service, each establishment social and economic committee exercises the same powers as those defined in articles D. 4622-6 to D. 4622-8 with regard to the organisation and operation of the occupational health and prevention service in the establishment.

Pour la surveillance du service de prévention et de santé au travail inter-établissements, chaque comité social et économique d’établissement exerce les mêmes attributions que celles définies aux articles D. 4622-6 à D. 4622-8 pour ce qui concerne l’organisation et le fonctionnement du service de prévention et de santé au travail dans l’établissement.
