Article D4622-30 of the French Labour Code

The medico-technical committee meets at least three times a year.

It draws up its own rules of procedure.

It reports its findings to the Board of Directors and, as appropriate, to the inter-company committee or the inspection committee. It makes these available to the company’s medical inspector.

Each year, it presents a progress report on its work to these bodies.
