Article D4622-30 of the French Labour Code

The medico-technical committee meets at least three times a year.

It draws up its own rules of procedure.

It reports its findings to the Board of Directors and, as appropriate, to the inter-company committee or the inspection committee. It makes these available to the company’s medical inspector.

Each year, it presents a progress report on its work to these bodies.

La commission médico-technique se réunit au moins trois fois par an.

Elle établit son règlement intérieur.

Elle communique ses conclusions au conseil d’administration et, selon le cas, au comité interentreprises ou à la commission de contrôle. Elle les tient à disposition du médecin inspecteur du travail.

Elle présente chaque année à ces instances l’état de ses réflexions et travaux.
