An inter-establishment occupational health and prevention service may be set up between several establishments of an undertaking where the number of employees monitored is 500 or more.
The creation of this service is subject to the provisions of section 1 as well as to the approval conditions set out in sub-section 1 of section 4.
Un service de prévention et de santé au travail inter-établissements peut être créé entre plusieurs établissements d’une entreprise lorsque l’effectif de salariés suivis atteint ou dépasse 500 salariés.
La création de ce service est soumise aux dispositions de la section 1 ainsi qu’aux conditions d’agrément prévues à la sous-section 1 de la section 4.
