A pre-recruitment medical examination is compulsory for seasonal employees recruited for a period of at least forty-five days of actual work assigned to jobs presenting particular risks as mentioned in article R. 4624-23, except for employees recruited for a job equivalent to those previously held if no unfitness for work was recognised at the last medical examination during the previous twenty-four months.
For seasonal employees recruited for a period of less than forty-five days and those assigned to jobs other than those presenting particular risks mentioned in article R. 4624-23, the occupational health and prevention service organises training and prevention actions. These actions may be common to several companies.
The Social and Economic Committee is consulted on these actions.
