The first president of the court of appeal shall designate each year, by order, following the opinion of the general assembly of judges of the court and the opinion of the presidents of the judicial courts concerned, the enforcement judges entrusted with the duties of president or assessor of the enforcement court.
These, subject to the provisions of Article D. 49-5, are called in the order of their appointment.
This order may be modified during the year if the judge is absent or unable to attend.
In urgent cases, this order may be made without the notices provided for in the first paragraph.
The first president may appoint different judges as presidents or assessors depending on the place in which the court is to sit in accordance with the provisions of the third paragraph of Article 712-3.
