Before 1 December each year at the latest, the Caisse nationale de l’assurance maladie will notify the Minister responsible for social security of the number of boxes of the medicinal products mentioned in article D. 5134-1 dispensed to minors and invoiced to the health insurance funds between 1 September of the previous year and 31 August of the current year.
La Caisse nationale de l’assurance maladie communique au plus tard avant le 1er décembre de chaque année au ministre chargé de la sécurité sociale le nombre de boîtes de médicaments mentionnés à l’article D. 5134-1 délivrées à des mineures et facturées aux caisses d’assurance maladie entre le 1er septembre de l’année précédente et le 31 août de l’année en cours.
