Article D5151-10-1 of the French Labour Code

In accordance with article L. 5151-2 of the French Labour Code, a personal activity account is opened for any person subject to the contribution provided for in articles L. 6331-48, L. 6331-53 and L. 6331-65 and article L. 718-2-1 of the French Rural and Maritime Fishing Code. It is made up of :

1° The personal training account, under the conditions defined by articles L. 6323-25 to L. 6323-31 and the provisions adopted for their application;

2° The Citizen Commitment Account, under the conditions defined by Articles L. 5151-7 to L. 5151-11 and the provisions adopted for their application.

Article D5151-10-1

Conformément à l’article L. 5151-2 du code du travail, un compte personnel d’activité est ouvert pour toute personne assujettie à la contribution prévue aux articles L. 6331-48, L. 6331-53 et L. 6331-65 et à l’article L. 718-2-1 du code rural et de la pêche maritime. Il est constitué :

1° Du compte personnel de formation, dans les conditions définies par les articles L. 6323-25 à L. 6323-31 et les dispositions prises pour leur application ;

2° Du compte d’engagement citoyen, dans les conditions définies par les articles L. 5151-7 à L. 5151-11 et les dispositions prises pour leur application.
