Article D5522-1 of the French Labour Code

The application for the aid provided under the “contrat jeune en entreprise” scheme, referred to in article L. 5522-3, is submitted to the managing body after the employee has been recruited and no later than three months thereafter.
It is sent by the managing body to the director of labour, employment and vocational training, in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon to the head of the labour, employment and vocational training department and, in Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, to the State representative.

La demande de bénéfice de l’aide prévue dans le cadre du contrat jeune en entreprise, mentionnée à l’article L. 5522-3, est déposée auprès de l’organisme gestionnaire après l’embauche du salarié et au plus tard trois mois après celle-ci.
Elle est transmise par l’organisme gestionnaire au directeur du travail, de l’emploi et de la formation professionnelle, à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon au chef du service du travail, de l’emploi et de la formation professionnelle et, à Saint-Barthélemy et Saint-Martin, au représentant de l’Etat.
