Article D5842-8 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The articles R. 5211-49 to R. 5211-52 are applicable in French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II.

II. – For the application of article R. 5211-51, the words: “within one month of” are replaced by the words: “within two months of”.
