Article D6113-20 of the French Labour Code

The certifying ministries provided for in article L. 6113-2 determine, in accordance with the gradation criteria of the national framework of professional qualifications, the level of qualification of the diplomas and professional qualifications registered in the national register of professional qualifications under the procedure provided for in I of article L. 6113-5.

Les ministères certificateurs prévus à l’article L. 6113-2 déterminent, en fonction des critères de gradation du cadre national des certifications professionnelles, le niveau de qualification des diplômes et titres à finalité professionnelle enregistrées au répertoire national des certifications professionnelles au titre de la procédure prévue au I de l’article L. 6113-5.
