Article D6124-132-2 of the French Public Health Code

Without prejudice to the application of the provisions of articles R. 6123-91-2 and R. 6123-91-3, at least one surgeon with the qualifications mentioned in article D. 6124-132-1 takes part, either physically or by videoconference, in the multidisciplinary consultation meeting dealing with the file of a patient likely to benefit from oncological surgery.

Sans préjudice de l’application des dispositions des articles R. 6123-91-2 et R. 6123-91-3, au moins un chirurgien, ayant les qualifications mentionnées à l’article D. 6124-132-1, participe soit physiquement soit par visioconférence, à la réunion de concertation pluridisciplinaire traitant du dossier d’un patient susceptible de bénéficier d’une chirurgie oncologique.
