Article D6124-133-3 of the French Public Health Code

Outside the operating hours of the radiotherapy unit and by way of derogation from article D. 6124-133-2, the holder of the brachytherapy authorisation practising brachytherapy continuously over more than twelve hours has an organisation enabling him to ensure continuity of this treatment in the hospital sector by providing in particular for an operational on-call radiotherapist with the qualifications listed in article D. 6124-133.

En dehors des horaires de fonctionnement de l’unité de radiothérapie et par dérogation à l’article D. 6124-133-2, le titulaire de l’autorisation de curiethérapie pratiquant la curiethérapie en continu sur plus de douze heures dispose d’une organisation lui permettant d’assurer la continuité de ce traitement dans le secteur d’hospitalisation en prévoyant notamment une astreinte opérationnelle de médecin radiothérapeute disposant des qualifications énumérées à l’article D. 6124-133.
