The authorisation holder appoints one or more coordinating doctors from among the practitioners practising within the authorisation holder, who can provide evidence of either specialisation, training or experience in accordance with the specific provisions for each category defined in this sub-section. The coordinating doctor coordinates the multidisciplinary team and the organisation of patient care.

Le titulaire de l’autorisation désigne parmi les praticiens exerçant en son sein un ou plusieurs médecins coordonnateurs, justifiant soit d’une spécialisation, soit d’une formation, soit d’une expérience conformément aux dispositions particulières à chaque mention définie à la présente sous-section. Le médecin coordonnateur assure la coordination de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire et celle de l’organisation des soins dispensés aux patients.
