Protocols organising the management of patients are drawn up between the doctors performing interventional activities and, where applicable, the other doctors involved in this management, without prejudice to the provisions of articles D. 6124-91 to D. 6124-102.

These protocols ensure the continuity of care provided for in article L. 1110-1.

Des protocoles organisant la prise en charge des patients sont établis entre les médecins pratiquant les activités interventionnelles et, le cas échéant, les autres médecins impliqués dans cette prise en charge, sans préjudice des dispositions des articles D. 6124-91 à D. 6124-102.

Ces protocoles permettent d’assurer la continuité des soins prévue à l’article L. 1110-1.
