Agreements organising the emergency management of patients are concluded between the authorisation holders performing interventional activities and the establishments authorised to practice emergency medicine called upon, where applicable, to participate in the emergency management of patients received in these establishments.

These agreements specify in particular the procedures for first aid during the emergency management of patients with a suspected acute coronary syndrome.

The “adult ischaemic and structural heart disease” activity constitutes a specialised technical platform within the meaning of articles R. 6123-32-1 to R. 6123-32-6 and the agreements provided for in the first paragraph specify the procedures for direct access to this technical platform.

The holder of the authorisation is a member of the emergency care network provided for in article R. 6123-26 under the conditions determined by the network’s constitutive agreement.

Des conventions organisant la prise en charge en urgence des patients sont conclues entre les titulaires de l’autorisation pratiquant les activités interventionnelles et les établissements autorisés à exercer la médecine d’urgence appelés, le cas échéant, à participer à la prise en charge en urgence des patients reçus dans ces établissements.

Ces conventions précisent notamment les modalités des premiers soins, lors de la prise en charge en urgence des patients présentant une suspicion de syndrome coronarien aigu.

L’activité sous la modalité “ cardiopathies ischémiques et structurelles de l’adulte ” constitue un plateau technique spécialisé au sens des articles R. 6123-32-1 à R. 6123-32-6 et les conventions prévues au premier alinéa précisent les modalités d’accès direct à ce plateau technique.

Le titulaire de l’autorisation est membre du réseau de prise en charge des urgences prévu à l’article R. 6123-26 dans les conditions que détermine la convention constitutive du réseau.
