Article D6124-263 of the French Public Health Code

I.-The holder of the authorisation has one or more multi-disciplinary teams comprising:

1° At least one child and adolescent psychiatrist, with evidence of training in perinatal psychiatry such as a university degree or proven experience;

2° At least one psychiatrist or, by derogation, by agreement with another establishment authorised in psychiatry under the conditions set out in article R. 6123-198;

3° One or more nurses, including at least one state-qualified childcare nurse;

4° One or more psychologists;

5° One or more social workers;

6° Where necessary, one or more paediatricians, psychomotor therapists, midwives and childcare assistants.

II – A referral professional is designated within the team mentioned in I for each patient under care.

I.-Le titulaire de l’autorisation dispose d’une ou plusieurs équipes pluridisciplinaires comprenant :


1° Au moins un psychiatre de l’enfant et de l’adolescent, justifiant d’une formation en psychiatrie périnatale de type diplôme universitaire ou d’une expérience attestée ;


2° Au moins un psychiatre ou par dérogation, par convention avec un autre établissement autorisé en psychiatrie dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 6123-198 ;


3° Un ou plusieurs infirmiers dont au moins un infirmier en puériculture diplômé d’Etat ;


4° Un ou plusieurs psychologues ;


5° Un ou plusieurs assistants sociaux ;


6° En tant que de besoin, un ou plusieurs pédiatres, psychomotriciens, sages-femmes, auxiliaires de puériculture.


II.-Un professionnel référent pour chaque patient pris en charge est désigné au sein de l’équipe mentionnée au I.
