For the paediatric surgical care referred to in 2° of the I of article R. 6123-202, the authorisation holder has at least one interventional unit with protected access on site, as well as medical devices and health products adapted to the care of children.

Pour la prise en charge en chirurgie pédiatrique mentionnée au 2° du I de l’article R. 6123-202, le titulaire de l’autorisation dispose sur site d’au moins un bloc interventionnel à accès protégé, de dispositifs médicaux et des produits de santé, adaptés à la prise en charge des enfants.
