Article D6124-286 of the French Public Health Code

The holder of the authorisation for the surgical care activity referred to in 2° of the I of article R. 6123-202 has a medical team comprising:

1° At least one doctor specialising in paediatric surgery or a doctor specialising in surgery with initial training and experience in paediatric surgery;

2° At least one doctor specialising in anaesthesia-intensive care with experience in paediatric anaesthesia.

The holder of the authorisation has a paramedical team including nurses, at least one of whom is a nursery nurse or at least two nurses with experience in paediatrics.

The holder of the authorisation shall ensure the involvement of a psychologist as and when required.

Le titulaire de l’autorisation d’activité de soins de chirurgie mentionnée au 2° du I de l’article R. 6123-202 dispose d’une équipe médicale comprenant :

1° Au moins un médecin spécialisé en chirurgie pédiatrique ou un médecin spécialisé en chirurgie justifiant d’une formation initiale et d’une expérience en chirurgie pédiatrique ;

2° Au moins un médecin spécialisé en anesthésie-réanimation justifiant d’une expérience en anesthésie pédiatrique.

Le titulaire de l’autorisation dispose d’une équipe paramédicale comprenant notamment des infirmiers dont au moins un infirmier de puériculture ou au moins deux infirmiers justifiant d’une expérience en pédiatrie.

Le titulaire de l’autorisation assure l’intervention d’un psychologue en tant que de besoin.
