Article D6124-66 of the French Public Health Code

Every authorised health care establishment has, either on its own or under contract, one or more technicians trained in the use and maintenance of haemodialysis generators and water treatment systems, able to intervene at any time during the establishment’s opening period.

An order from the Minister for Health specifies, for each of the arrangements provided for in article R. 6123-54, the operating conditions in terms of premises, technical equipment, medical devices, including their maintenance, and safety devices.
