I.-The group’s unified nursing, rehabilitation and medico-technical care committee is made up of elected representatives from the various categories of staff involved in implementing nursing, rehabilitation and medico-technical care.
The elected representatives form three colleges:
1° The college of health managers ;
2° The college of nursing, re-education and medico-technical staff;
3° The college of nursing assistants.
Each of the three colleges comprises a number of members which may not be less than 10% of the total number of elected members of the commission. The number of substitute seats to be filled per college is equal to the number of full members.
The term of office for elected members is four years. They may be re-elected.
II – The following may attend Commission meetings in an advisory capacity:
a) The director(s) of care assisting the chairman of the committee;
b) The directors of care in charge of the paramedical training institutes and schools attached to the establishments belonging to the consortium;
c) A third-year student representative appointed by the director of the supporting establishment on the recommendation of the director of the paramedical training institute, or of the directors of the training institutes if more than one is attached to the establishments belonging to the group;
d) A student care assistant appointed by the director of the support establishment on a proposal from the director of the training institute or school or the directors of the training institutes or schools if there are several of them attached to the establishments belonging to the grouping;
e) A representative of the group medical commission.
Any qualified person may occasionally be involved in the work of the committee at the initiative of the chairman or one third of its members.
